User Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Deletion of Account

Users have the ability to delete their accounts directly from their profile settings.

  • Log in to your Padho.org account.
  • Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy Settings.
  • Click on Delete My Account and follow the confirmation steps.
  • Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Admin-Assisted Deletion

If you are unable to delete your account using the self-service option, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

  • Email us at connect@padho.org with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  • Include your registered email address and account details for verification purposes.
  • Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Use of Services

  1. Permitted Use:

    • Use the platform for personal learning and skill development only.
    • Access courses, materials, and features as outlined in your subscription plan.

  2. Prohibited Activities:

    • Copying, redistributing, or reselling course materials.
    • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform.
    • Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Content Ownership

  1. Padho.org Content:

    • All course materials, videos, and other content are owned by Padho.org or its licensors.
    • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use.

  2. User Content:

    • You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.
    • By sharing content, you grant Padho.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform improvement and promotional purposes.

Payments and Refunds

  1. Payment Terms:

    • Fees are payable in advance for subscriptions or individual courses.
    • Taxes and additional charges may apply based on your location.

  2. Refund Policy:

Termination of Services
